Progression

Trophies, achievements, instances, zones, and the Well of Goodwill.

Progression

Trophies, achievements, instances, zones, and the Well of Goodwill.

Trophies as your roadmap

Work toward ::trophy milestones — trophies are checked from your bank, so you don't need to wear anything, and each one grants permanent damage and damage-reduction bonuses. They don't stack: only your highest completed tier counts. See Character Power for the current tier list and what each one grants.

Achievements

Check Quest tab → Player Info for your achievements.

The Player Info panel, with Achievements Completed (105/118) highlighted alongside Combat Level, Total Level, Total Claimed, Slayer Tasks Completed, Blood Well Tree, and Collections Logged.
The Avernic Achievements task list, filterable by type and difficulty, showing several PvMer-tier combat achievements and their point values.

Good early targets: the monster and zone collection logs, and the Cursed Brothers minigame.

The Collection Log for the monster Yippie, complete at 7/7 with 1,683 kills, showing its item rewards and a reward icon.

Instances

Click your starting Instance Tickets to open the Instance Manager.

The Instance Manager, with Yippie selected from the Monsters list and its details shown: a 4x4 grid of spawns, auto-respawn, and a 5 minute duration.

Each instance lasts 5 minutes and hits everything in the room (AOE). A x2 KC pet from the Donor Shop and aggro potions both help you clear faster.

A player fighting a room full of monsters arranged in a grid inside an instance, with rare-drop chat messages from the encounter.

Zone progression

Zones unlock in order by kill count on the previous zone — Ctrl+Z shows what you need for the next one. See the PvM Atlas for the full zone and boss road, mapped out.

The Avernic Zones requirement list, showing each zone's kill requirement on the previous one — Drakkon through Exodia, ending with Exodia requiring 30,000 Magician kills.

At 30,000 kills on the Exodia zone, you unlock Hero Guilds. Worth being careful with the wording here: Exodia the zone itself needs 30,000 kills on the Magician zone before it, and Hero Guilds separately needs 30,000 kills on the Exodia zone — two different 30,000-kill requirements that are easy to mix up.

Hero Guilds

Hero Guilds drop prayer scrolls from kills, available at the teleport or in an instance. Each NPC drops a different scroll, so check what your target drops before committing to it. Completing the set unlocks 4 prayers.

Well of Goodwill

::wog shows the current hourly buff. Happy hours last 1 hour and rotate between Double Drop, Double Raids, and Double Killcounts.

The Well of Goodwill panel showing four buffs with progress bars, and a Happy Hour banner reading "Doubles kill count (Ends in 46m)" marked Active.
